Meet Our Leadership Team

Kyle Crawford
CEO, Founder
With a background in baseball as a catcher and first baseman at Montana State University, Kyle transitioned from sports in 2010 to various management roles in retail before landing a role as a general manager for PayPal Credit.
In 2017, Kyle returned to the sports industry with K-Motion Interactive, initially joining as tech support. This proved to be an integral position in his career development as it allowed him to deep dive and learn an entirely new world of sports technology and data analysis.
From there he was promoted to Head of Baseball in 2019, utilizing everything he had learned in his previous role, where his primary focus was on expanding the company’s baseball operations.
In 2020, he took on the role of Head of Product, driving growth beyond the company’s core hardware offerings. In 2023, he was appointed CEO, where he continues to focus on growing the company.

Brad Reyes
CTO – Lead Engineer, Founder
Brad Reyes holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science in Computer Science: Human-Computer Interaction from Stanford University, where he studied UI/UX design, the ethical training and building of AIs, and the maintenance of secure tech ecosystems.
During his time at Stanford, he also showcased his athletic talent as a left fielder and second baseman on the Stanford club baseball team.
With a rich background in numerous startups since 2022, he has built large web applications, mobile apps and APIs, establishing himself as an accomplished full-stack software engineer.
Beyond his professional achievements, he is an Eagle Scout, an Assistant Scoutmaster and devoted fan of the San Francisco Giants, staying grounded in what he loves both on and off the field.

Katherine DeLoid
Director of Operations, Co-Founder
From 2008 to 2011, Katherine DeLoid competed in discus, hammer and shotput at Keene State College, where she set a school record in 2009. She graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and a minor in Broadcast Journalism.
In December 2017, Katherine joined K-Motion Interactive as a Fulfillment and Operations Assistant. By 2020, she had advanced to the Baseball Specialist team, and in August 2023, she was promoted to Director of Operations.
Katherine works closely with the CEO and CTO to ensure that operational strategies are aligned with the company’s broader goals and technological innovations
She provides comprehensive support and training to help customers make the most of Big League AI, including onboarding sessions, user guides, and ongoing technical support, while regularly engaging with them to gather feedback on their experiences.

Dan Daly
Head of Customer Relations and Financial Operations
Dan Daly is an accomplished IT and customer success specialist with over 2 decades of experience in sports technology and other customer-facing roles, as well as over a decade of management experience. Dan’s love of technology began at a young age, learning to code on his family’s Commodore 64 at the age of 4.
Professionally, Dan holds an Associate’s Degree from NHTI in Information Technology with a concentration in Computer Networking.
Dan joined the K-VEST team in its formative years in 2009 and quickly became a key player instrumental in the company’s growth.
Over the years, Dan has evolved to wear many hats and has had a hand in almost every aspect of the business, including technical support, engineering/development, marketing, inventory management, accounting, and strategic planning.
